Who can access support services?
Our support services are designed for children, young people, and adults facing social isolation, poor wellbeing, or affected by substance misuse. We welcome self-referrals and professional referrals to ensure everyone can access the help they need.
How do I refer someone?
You can refer someone by completing our self-referral form available on our website or by contacting us directly. We also accept professional referrals from support organisations (schools, youth services, social care, charities or health related service, ensuring a smooth process for those in need of assistance.
We offer:
- An initial discussion to assess suitability
- Clear information about programme structure
- Reasonable adjustments to support access
Participation is voluntary and person-centred.
What are the expected benefits?

The referral process is straightforward and user-friendly. If you experience difficulties, send us an email and we will advise you accordingly and provide any assistance you may require
Is there a cost for the services?
All our services are provided free of charge to ensure accessibility for everyone, regardless of their financial situation . We believe in supporting our community without barriers. We are dependent on external funding to operate however we will never ask for money from people attending our classes.
